TAILORED MOVES

Classes made just for you

Bootcamp

Bootcamp uses a unique blend of strength training, high intensity intervals, calisthenic movements, and cardio kickers for a challenging workout that will keep you on your toes!

Strength

Strength uses a mix of body weight and resistance to create a 30-minute strength workout at home. We will work major muscle groups to enhance functional movement, muscular endurance, and tone.

Core

In this class we alternate between core work, body mobility, and dynamic stretching. This Wednesday morning class is the perfect mid-week relief.

HIIT

Cardio and core work is tied together in this action packed 30 minute workout. Grabbing a sweat towel for this class is encouraged.

I’ve been working out with Bethany since the fall of 2018. Our workouts have been a mix of weight training, cardio, TRX, beach runs, and bunch of other methods. Most of our training is 1-on-1, twice a week. Occasionally I join one of her group classes. She seems to always know what I need from an extra push for one more rep or a change in routine. Bethany Pupava

Bethany founded Encore Fitness on her passion for health and well-being and her desire to help others live a life in movement.

She holds a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science from Washington State University, and is certified as a Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine and in TRX Suspension training.

Bethany’s fitness philosophy is centered on three interrelated components: a deep knowledge of the human body and movement, an insatiable curiosity about ways to improve performance and fitness results, and a desire to connect personally with each and every one of her clients.
